Return and Refund Policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- Items to be returned must show no signs of use.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@modedivine.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return label
Once your return request is approved, we will tell you how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully check your order before finalizing your purchase.
Return shipping costs
No fees if the product is damaged by the carrier. However, if the customer purchased the wrong product, if it does not suit them, or if they no longer want the item, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@modedivine.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you did not receive the correct item. We will send you a free replacement the first time.
If the item is defective a second time? In that case, we will refund you the full purchase price.
Return in case of change of mind
We understand that you may sometimes change your mind. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used, is in its original packaging, and is in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
Exchanges are not accepted. The fastest way to be sure to get what you want is to return the item you have and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method within 14 days.

Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items. You can return your purchase without worrying about additional fees being deducted. Our goal is to provide all our customers with a hassle-free return experience.
