Return and Refund Policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be new
- Never worn or used
- With tags attached and in their original packaging
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@modedivine.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return label
Once your return request has been approved, we will let you know how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully check your order before finalizing your purchase.
Return costs
No fees if the product was damaged by the carrier. However, if the customer purchased the wrong product, it does not suit them, or they no longer want the item, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@modedivine.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will send you a free replacement the first time.
If the item is defective a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.
Returns due to a change of mind
We understand that you may sometimes change your mind. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the item has not been used, is in its original packaging, and is in resalable condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
Exchanges are not accepted. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be sent to your original payment method within 14 days.

Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items. You can return your purchase without worrying about additional fees being deducted. Our goal is to offer all our customers a hassle-free return experience.
